Similarly, as with the maintenance incident a month ago (18th of September), this problem was related to the big data migration project.
To minimize the impact on our users, we scheduled the maintenance to be done during the weekend.
We moved all chat and user data to be stored in a new more scalable way.
All the workspace data is now stored in such a way that it ensures that Howspace keeps on working efficiently even as our usage keeps rapidly increasing.

This weekend was reserved for major data maintenance in the production system. It may lead to unplanned downtimes.
The production system was put temporarily down to take necessary actions in the data maintenance. Downtime duration is not known at the moment. We will update the situation hourly.
