Degraded performance on Howspace workspaces

Due to usage spike Howspace workspaces were having degregaded performance and unresponsiveness. This phase lasted 11 minutes and 7:14 (UTC) performance was back to normal.

We have analyzed the issue and spotted few clear bottlenecks where we can improve our platform performance by optimizing our code. We have already made clear improvements that we believe will increase Howspace performance and stability in the future.

In addition we will increase our server capacity baseline (the amount of resources we keep available for all the time, without scaling up based on the load).
